The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is sensational, where you can watch life happening on the Coorong, from the living area.The backyard has a few different eating areas too, making it great to get out of the wind or to enjoy the sunshine. Can highly recommend, would stay here again.

This is a delightful property with an outlook over the Corrong and Younghusband Peninsula. It is only 12 minutes from Meningie. The location is quiet and offers an excellent jump off point to explore the Coorong.

Damage
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property, structure or items within. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Guests
The accommodation is for max 8 guests and we don't allow more than the quoted guest per booking. We can add guest on your request to the max of 8 people.
Please consider the neighbours at all times. No parties are allowed. If you would like to use a tent or swag outside at the rear of the property, please make a request to the booking agent.
The owner/booking agent has the right to immediately cancel the booking & evict without any refund if inappropriate behaviour occurs or guest numbers are not as per the booking arrangement.
