The Coorong

The Coorong is a spectacular 140km stretch of saltwater lagoon separated from the ocean by the Younghusband peninsula, a narrow strip of dunes containing sites of spiritual significance to the First Nations peoples of the area, and a waterfowl breeding site of international significance. Only 2 hours from Adelaide by car, it is an experience not to be missed.
